Ivy Bank is a pretty Victorian house built in the 1890's from local slate and retains many of its original features. Within thirty minutes walk from Ivy Bank there are several excellent viewpoints the lakeshore and tumbling waterfalls. We are situated on a quiet road away from main thoroughfares within a few minutes walk of the all the village facilities. LA23 2AF Directions: Travelling north on the M6 leave the motorway at junction 36 turn left and follow the A591 to Windermere this takes about 25 minutes. When you reach the village turn left in front of the National Westminster Bank. Follow the one way system downhill along Crescent Road past the Co op Welcome supermarket and then take the first turning left into Broad Street. Go to the end of Broad Street and turn right into Woodland Road. Then take the first right into Holly Road. Ivy Bank is the 4th house on the left. Location Map:
